Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Because we work in longer appointment blocks, these spots are difficult to fill last minute.
We understand emergencies happen and will consider them on a case-by-case basis.
A credit card on file is required to book an appointment and may be charged according to this policy.
Refund & Adjustment Policy
Simply Refined Salon does not issue refunds on salon services. If you have any questions or concerns about your service, please contact us within 2 days.
We will ask you to return to the salon so we can visually inspect your hair. If an adjustment is needed, we will gladly make it at no cost, as long as it is scheduled within 2 days of the original service.
